BUILDING CONNECTIONS WITH VETERANS
Anchored in the principles of understanding and engagement, the ITW Veterans and Allies Alliance (IVAA) develops purposeful and sustained connections among our veteran and ally team members; demonstrates appreciation for their contributions; and attracts, develops and retains these individuals to contribute to the strength of our organization.
Open to all colleagues, IVAA was established in 2024 and includes representation from the U.S. Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force, Marines and Reserves; veterans of foreign militaries; as well as veteran allies that represent all seven ITW segments and corporate function.
