OUR D&I STRATEGY
ITW’s D&I strategy has resulted in steady progress since its foundation in the early 2010s. Driven by our continuous improvement mindset, the Next Phase of our D&I Strategy was announced in 2024 and outlines five qualitative actions that will help us on our path to full potential:

EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) bring together ITW colleagues around the globe with opportunities to learn, connect and grow professionally in support of our enterprise strategy. They are employee-led and directly support our talent strategy by attracting, retaining, and developing talent and promoting cultural diversity and community. All ERGs are open to any employee who wishes to join.
