STOCKade, a division of ITW Construction/Asia-Pacific is seeking a Territory Manager with the drive to help develop and expand customer relationships within our STOCKade business to achieve quotas and profitability objectives.  This is an ideal role for a highly motivated self-starter who works remotely and thrives on generating new business.


The role will be a home-based, remote position based in Tennessee or the Mid-Atlantic region.

Core Responsibilities:


  • Deliver sales in the assigned territory linked to long-term growth and short-term targets for the rural and utilities segments in the USA.
  • Focus on high potential dealers establishing relationships with decision makers at dealer and distributor levels.
  • Work with USA Sales Manager to grow relationships with rural fencing distributors/dealers in the assigned territory through store training, demos, shelf management, and demand creation with key end users.
  • Seek new applications for existing product offerings as well as communicate needs of end users for new product development.
  • Assist in developing and implementing USA marketing initiatives.
  • Provide insight into, and work with marketing team to plan, coordinate, and deliver all aspects or marketing services, catalogs, POS, and other collateral to support field sales initiatives in USA.
  • Effectively manage time and expense budgets to maximize ROI for each spend or activity.
  • Become an expert on the STOCKade family of products to be the “go-to” source for our tools, their applications, functioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree, relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience, 3+ years sales experience.
  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record in growing and managing a customer base.
  • Experience or significant exposure to rural, agriculture, and/or construction-based industries.
  • Proven ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across different regions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated, while still being an effective part of a team which has a high sense of urgency.  Must be able to manage multiple priorities and have highly effective follow-through skills.
  • Strong consultative approach and manner. Experience with livestock fencing and/or working with farm co-op type stores is a definite plus.    


Other Relevant Information:


  • Must be able to drive a motor vehicle and have a clean driving record.
  • Regular local and overnight travel will be required.  A company lease vehicle will be provided, and travel expenses covered.
  • Must maintain high personal standards with regard to dress, vehicle, displays, and customer representation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
