Basic description:

This position will make decisions regarding customers, business and employee needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual must have strong decision making abilities and a positive attitude with the ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Leadership in scheduling production based on materials and personnel
  • Coordinate manpower, equipment, tools, maintenance across multiple lines
  • Drive employee onboarding, cross training, technical and soft skill development
  • Provide consistent and constructive feedback for employee development, evaluations, and discipline using personal, written, and verbal communication
  • Provide consistent and constructive feedback to business leadership to drive continuous improvement

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Successful and demonstrated record of building positive relationships with co-workers and management
  • Must have experience leading projects and participating on diverse teams
  • Strong leadership acumen with the ability to hold themselves and their teams accountable for results
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environment with tools, processes, and equipment
  • Bachelors Degree or currently working towards degree related to Business or Operations
  • Desire and capability to progress towards a Production Coordinator, Material Coordinator, or other leadership role
