Job Description

The associate has a direct working relationship across all business areas and provides consulting services related to Sourcing, Recruiting, Screening and interviewing candidates.  In addition, incumbent will stay current on regulatory requirements to ensure our sourcing strategies meet all compliance requirements.

This role requires independent judgment, the ability to make recommendations on recruiting practices, and a high level of professionalism.  Additional tasks include managing candidate interview schedules and logistics, correspondence, on boarding and other recruiting-related duties.  This role requires time management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. 
  • Develop sourcing strategy and ensure execution on goals related to a) quality candidates, b) diverse candidates, c) reduced time to fill d) retention and e) compliance.
  • Work directly with candidates; as well as, internal relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers and their teams
  • Prepare and schedule candidate interviews including working with the hiring manager to facilitate the interactions
  • Manage candidate travel
  • Support on-boarding process as necessary
  • Manage candidate experience and ensures candidate has a positive experience
  • Manages relocation requests
  • Provide input on process improvement on recruiting processes
  • Design and deliver reports based on internal client needs
  • Pre-screen resumes to select candidates for consideration
  • Create position specifications, based on information obtained from managers  and research on the roles and accountabilities of the position
  • Create documents and marketing collateral for candidates; requires knowledge of role and interpretation of information needs
  • Create custom Interview guides for each search based upon an understanding of the search strategy and the assessment criteria for the search
  • Develop offer letters
  • Ensure company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to sourcing, staffing, and hiring practices
  • Create annual Affirmative Action Plan
  • Maintain data integrity of applicant tracking system
  • Maintain excellent internal customer relationships by communicating proactively and consistently with managers and leadership
  • Manage relationships with external vendors.  Negotiate rates.
  • Stay current on available recruiting tools.  Make recommendations when changes are needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to make decisions and change approach independently on a daily basis
  • Requires the use of analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all audiences, with a high complement of executive writing skills.
  • Ability to translate user requirements for information into report specifications for all audiences
  • Excellent phone, social networking, and conversation skills
  • Requires assessment skills and the ability to interpret information to assess qualifications and fit. 
  • Self –motivated, self –starter, self-learner.
  • Must be able to travel up to 10%.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Broad experience working in compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures that address hiring procedures, employment laws, disciplinary issues, termination activity, turnover issues and other human resources issues
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience developing an Affirmative Action Plan
  • 3 years minimum of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience/knowledge of regulations related to employment laws related to sourcing and hiring candidates
