Job Description



  • Update Customer/Distribution stocking plans by ensuring targeted stocking levels are maintained through the scheduling of production orders.
  • Plan and coordinate sterile load shipments between Manufacturing Sites through the Sterilizer and to final Distribution Warehouses.
  • Support Inventory Control/Cycle Count Program by ensuring transactions are completed and investigating discrepancies.
  • Support Supply Chain objectives through the collection and organization of data.  This includes but is not limited to 80/20 material analysis, scrap control and other activities.
  • Purchasing Functions for Manufacturing Sites
  • Maintain control and support of Kanban consumable replenishment programs.
  • Participate in ITW Toolbox events focused on continuous improvement.
  • Assist with maintenance of production schedules for both sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


Educational Level

  • Associates Degree or Higher
  • APICS certification a plus
  • Minimum of 4 Years of Experience

Comprehension/Reasoning Skills

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, adhering to strict deadlines and commitments
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and apply principles or logical scientific thinking to address a wide range of intellectual and practical issues
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables
  • Ability to correspond with co-workers, customers, and vendors
  • Ability to effectively present information (orally and in writing) to top management, customers, and vendors

Math Skills

  • Ability to apply average mathematical concepts including statistics and algebra

Other Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with ERP systems – BPICs a plus
  • Excel - spreadsheets
  • Other MS Office tools
