Static Lead Generation Manager

The Opportunity
The Static Lead Generation Manager is responsible for driving the static division’s lead generation programs, processes and systems. The role will execute on the business strategic intent working with marketing, brand, campaign management, and marketing technology to provide quantitative and qualitative feedback on performance in the market.
The Static Demand Generation Manager will work across business teams, sales, finance, and IT to execute on go-to-market and growth strategies and optimize all stages of marketing.  This position requires an innovative strategic leader comfortable with a fragmented customer base who is able to consistently drive business growth, by building, implementing, and measuring new systems processes and campaigns.


Successful candidates need to meet the following requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation.
  • Strong program management and communication skills, with a proven record of working across sales, marketing, and technology teams.
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and metric based decision making.
  • Experience implementing strategic lead generation programs and processes.
  • Ability to write content for multiple channels and customer types.
  • Must possess excellent communications, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of materials testing and applications, target markets and product portfolio.This knowledge level is usually acquired via a combination of completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related marketing or technical field and/or Engineering as well as approximately 10+ years of marketing, product management and/or sales experience in a manufacturing company environment.
  • Advanced marketing/communication or business-related degree an advantage.
  • High level organizational skills to maximize self-productivity under pressure of deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Ability to manage and drive change within an organization.
  • Working knowledge of application software including Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Creative Suite and desktop publishing software.
  • Have an understanding of customer’s buying cycle in the capital equipment market.
