Job Description


  • Prepare monthly financial reporting package, including journal entries and review of balance sheet accounts, and variance analysis. 

  • Review and approve Accounts Payable invoices and customer credit memo requests.

  • Interface with ITW Treasury and handle all intercompany monies through BMG.

  • Interface with internal and outside auditors as needed.  Interface with Food Equipment Group accounting and finance personnel as needed.

  • Co-plan and oversee the taking of the annual physical inventory to ensure compliance with required accounting policies and procedures.

  • Establish product cost for items not costed in company business systems.

  • Validate internal control processes and data integrity for payroll processing.

  • Understand and utilize the ITW toolbox in all aspects of the job including prioritizing.

  • Daily inventory posting and reconciliation.

Job Requirements



  • Manufacturing experience a plus.

  • Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance combined with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant accounting experience.

  • Must possess key leadership qualities, including flexibility, reliability, self-starter and effective team player and communicator.

  • A positive attitude focused on understanding, anticipating and responding to the needs of our customers, both internal and external to the department and company.

  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with an aptitude to work accurately and quickly.
