Job Description


Candidate must be an aggressive sales professional capable of increasing our market share of 400Hz Power Accessories, Preconditioned Air accessories and equipment associated with our ITW GSE product mix. 

This position requires the professional to travel approximately 50% of their time, plus or minus 15% depending on opportunities and or program requirements, mostly in their region (East Coast)

To be successful the candidate must be able to meet the requirements listed below.

•       Manage the territory assigned for the Cables and Hoses business.

Travel mostly within the designated region maintaining, regaining and seeking out new sales opportunities, programs and project related sales – promoting our ITW GSE product lines.

Continue building a network of contacts, old and new, in order to increase our current market share.

Test and evaluate sales activities and product lines of the competitors including creating technical reports.

•       Help develop and implements strategic sales plans to meet established goals.

•       Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals for territory.

•       Works with manager to review market analyses to determine customer needs, new product and market opportunities.

•       Represent company at trade association meetings and professional conferences to promote ITW GSE and product.

•       Delivers sales presentations to key clients and potential clients where required.

•       Coordinates meetings between sales department, engineering and other sales related units when necessary.

•       Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion with existing and potentially new products using given resources.

Job Requirements



  • Previous consumables sales preferred. Minimum requirement is five years sales background within an engineering, and or industrial capital equipment environment.

  • Ability to organize, document, and track work as well as report status to management

  • Ability to work at a fast-paced work environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical field required.
