The Risk Analyst is part of our Strategic Sourcing Center of Excellence.  A team that leads Enterprise-wide initiatives. 

This position is located at our modern ITW Corporate Headquarters in Glenview, IL (twitter.com/itwcorpcampus). Responsibilities:

The Risk Analyst is directly responsible for managing, reporting, and providing strategy, and guidance, on our Supply Chain and Customer Risk across the Enterprise. This will include taking direction from the department director and manager to ensure all Enterprise and Segment risks are identified and addressed appropriately.  This role will work closely with each of our 7 Segments, as well as our Category teams.

Specific duties will include:

• Effectively Managing our 3^rd Party Risk Management vendor relationship, including running Quarterly Business Reviews
• Establish and manage internal Risk Management User Groups to identify opportunities, share best practices, conduct training,
• Maintaining a Roadmap for the future development of the Risk Management program (e.g. new service capabilities, reporting, system improvements, etc.)
• Provide regular reporting including:  Monthly Risk Report, Annual Enterprise Risk report, Diversity reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Coordinate the Risk Management Steering Committee with our internal leadership.
• Conduct quarterly or bi-annual training session with end-users.
• Develop a Wiki-based FAQ system,
• Ensure Support is provided to the user community, technical and subject matter specific.
• Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from accredited university or college (Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, STEM-focused degrees, other degrees will be considered as well)
• 1-2 years of work experience in experience in Risk Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain role.
• Skilled in Excel and/or PowerBI or similar tools (e.g. Tableau) to provide reporting and analysis to the Enterprise. Training will be available.
• Demonstrated project management, prioritization, and time management, skills.
• High-level of Emotional Intelligence and ability to build effective relationships and trust.
• Ability to crunch, manipulate and synthesize large amounts of data into insights and recommendations for action
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• MS-SharePoint experience desirable.
• Limited travel is required for this role.
