We are looking to add a new outside sales member to our team to cover our Midwest region. If you are looking for a great opportunity with a great company, we want to hear from you!


We are seeking a driven and dynamic, highly experienced sales representative or a person with vast experience working with pipe related projects in our markets that is qualified and interested in a sales career. We are looking for someone who can identify qualified opportunities, develop relationships with new and existing customers, and manage long complex high value industrial sales cycles to a successful close. This person will have support of an inside TSR group and a regional rental center.

Essential Job Functions:

• Accomplish sales goals within a given territory
• Develop new customer growth while maintaining existing customers
• Demonstrate products with specific application knowledge
• Report sales activities, and enter into CRM system. Process customer quotes
• Interface with customers, inside sales staff, product managers and sales managers to ensure customer requirements are understood and problems are resolved
• Understand equipment capability and capacity to meet customer requirements
• Represent products at Trade Shows as designated.
• Manage complex sales cycles
• Ability to manage multiple sales/projects simultaneously
• Required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the ISO Quality program and procedures, and the safety program

Requirements:
• Team player mentality on a vibrant growing sales team
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2-5 years minimum successful sales background or direct role in pipe maintenance
• Machining background or mechanical aptitude required
• Be willing and able to travel
• Possess strong positive sales ability
• Good speaking, writing, and organizational skills
• Computer use and electronic documentation required
• Problem-solving skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Resourcefulness
• Ability to work remotely with limited supervision.
• Must be able to adjust to a changing work environment, competing demands, frequent changes, delays and unexpected events
• Complete training provided by E.H. Wachs in order to possess broad knowledge of the company’s product lines, services, marketing techniques, and demonstration requirements


Other/Skills Abilities:
• Significant industry contacts preferred, but not required
