The Opportunity
The Product and Marketing Manager for the High Force Applications (HFA) team is a core functional lead within the business, working with all members of the leadership team and focused on achieving growth and profitability goals and ensuring continued market leadership.  Primary responsibilities include leading activities related to product management, marketing, sales support and applications engineering. The role encompasses both traditional market segments as well as new and emerging markets primarily associated with metals and composites materials. As the department manager, this position is responsible for the continued development of a strong marketing team that thrives in a dynamic, global and fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field as well as at least 7 years of marketing, product management or sales experience gained within a capital equipment manufacturer. Advanced technical or business-related degree (MBA) an advantage. Additional requirements include:

  • Strong presentational and project management expertise.

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time to stay in close contact with customers, market, sales and service forces.
