Job Description

As our Payroll Manager, you will take full ownership of the payroll function and be responsible for the administration and processing of payroll across Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of pay whilst ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements, both from a functional and system perspective. Currently utilising two separate payroll systems (Preceda & Datapay), you will also be responsible for the transition, project management and delivery of moving to one standard payroll system (ConnX & MicroPay) across Australia and New Zealand.

What will you be doing? 

  • Administer and process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll
  • Payroll reporting including employment taxes, superannuation, month end and adhoc
  • Comply with all relevant agreements, legislation and company policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Provide payroll advice to managers and stakeholders in the business
  • Streamline the current payroll processes and procedures
  • Managing and Co-ordinating a Fleet of 45 cars across Australia.  


What do you need:


  • Proven experience and background in a Senior Payroll role
  • A strong leader with exceptional communication
  • Experience working across multiple EBA's
  • The ability to implement and manage processes
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Flexibility and a positive attitude towards change
  • A hands on and can do attitude.
