We are currently looking for a half-time:

OFFICE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Reception

      Point of contact for external visitors.

      Internal point of contact regarding questions and problems regarding building, telephony, IT, cleaning, office supplies, etc.

Office management

      Support the various departments with administrative tasks.

      Correspondence and translations.

      Proofreading of documents (technical data sheet, manuals, …)

      Meeting management A-Z.

      Travel management.

      Event management.

      Administrative fleet management

      Manage office supplies.

Facility Management

Point of contact for "facilities": internal and external contacts with service companies and suppliers.

Your profile:

      Ideally you have a Bachelor degree and you already had a first work experience.

      You have good communication skills and you are fluent (written and verbal) in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French, German or other languages ​​is a plus.

      You can easily handle the PC (MS Office & Outlook).

      You have strong administrative skills: you work accurately and can multi-task.

      You are helpful and service-minded.

      You have a positive mindset and a team player.
