Job Summary: 

Primary liaison between our ‘80’ (large volume, multi-location customers) and the sales organization for the company. Strategically and professionally leads the customer’s account planning cycle ensuring their needs are being met while achieving assigned sales targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other Duties as Assigned

  • Develop long standing working relationships with customer’s corporate executives, procurement, purchasing, sourcing, sales and marketing management contacts 
  • Oversee and manage large volume customers with multiple locations, typically spanning a wide geographical area
  • Negotiate pricing and rebate programs with assigned customers to ensure sales goals are being met and company attains more market share
  • Accurately outlook future sales and form strategic sales plans for each customer account
  • Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, tradeshows, expositions, and assigned customer events
  • Maximize company profit
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve customer account sales goals and grow their share of wallet with company

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ strategic sales management experience with an emphasis on major national accounts.
