ITW Food Equipment Group LLC, through its subsidiaries, designs and manufactures commercial food equipment for foodservice and food retail customers. The company’s products include ware wash equipment; cooking equipment including ovens, ranges, and broilers; refrigeration equipment including refrigerators, freezers, and prep tables; food processing equipment including slicers, mixers, and scales; kitchen exhaust, ventilation, and pollution control systems; and water treatment equipment and ancillaries. Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will provide marketing leadership for US Service, reporting to the VP, Sales & Marketing.  This person will lead key market research, VOC and Customer Satisfaction metric projects, as well as managing Marcom activities for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand current and potential customers
  • Research and report on high growth market opportunities within the Food Equipment/Service industry
  • Analyze previous year(s) sales, margin and customer data
  • Work closely with the new product development group to introduce new service offerings, sales tools and successful launches to the market
  • Manage third party resource that surveys the customer base on customer satisfaction
  • Develop Branding and promotions
  • Create marketing communications (Marcom) and attend /prepare trade shows
Education / Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Business (Marketing is preferred)
  • MBA is a plus
  • 7+ years of business experience in marketing and management
  • Proven experience with market research and segmentation projects
Specialized skills / technical knowledge
  • Strong tactical marketing skills with the ability to evaluate strategic marketing options based on data collected and VOC
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events and projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
  • Self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational dynamics
  • Successful track record of producing results in a matrix environment
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams with or without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
