Job Description


•      Work with the Sales Development/Marketing Manager to support overall Strategic Intent


•      Manage all product literature to include sell sheets/flyers/spec sheets/account specific literature


  • Ensure all collateral material is packaged, archived and readily accessible by all sales people in print and electronic format
  • Support in the annual creation of product catalogs, price books and spec sheets
  • Fulfillment of printed material, branded apparel and promo merchandise
  • Manage outside vendors and production/delivery quality as related to above mentioned activities
    (i.e., printing, promo, creative production, etc.)
  • Maintain AutoQuotes product descriptions, available product options and accurate price files
  • Maintain pricing files and implement price increases as directed
  • Produce/Edit Marketing Copy for Website
  • Coordinate the design of promotional material for dealers and trade publications
  • Manage media calendars and keep agency ad development on task to meet deadlines
  • Manage promotional item inventory and distribution for customer events
  • Develop an understanding of the brand portfolio, competition and key competitive edges
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and teams
  • Assist with trade shows and large customer meetings/events
  • Manage, track and refresh training programs
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates

Job Requirements

  •          4-year undergraduate degree in a Marketing or Sales discipline
  •          3-5 years of experience in a Marketing role
  •         Self-motivated with ability to hit deadlines
  •          Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills
  • Excellent project manager, able to handle many activities and manage details that can help drive sales growth
  •          Clear understanding of general marketing principles
  •          Analytical skills
  •          Excellent organizational skills & strong attention to detail
  •          Proven skills in building relationships & collaboration
  •         Working knowledge of basic financial principles.
  •          Must be able to travel up to 20% of time.
  •          Proficiency with Adobe Systems to include In Design, PhotoShop
  •         Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  •         Leadership – Proactively creates opportunities to lead discussions and projects
  •         Accountability – Prioritizes workload and delivers on strategy and on time 
  •          Teamwork – Collaborative and open to change.  Challenges and supports others
