Description Position at ITW Dynatec Manages digital communication channels such as website and social media and ensures that branding is applied consistently throughout digital communication channels. Maintains the CRM marketing database. Drives vendor efficiency improvement and maintains inventory of marketing materials.

Primary Responsibilities:

Market Research: Create and establish a tracking system to capture market insights. Regularly in depth market research to collect and analyze market information such as market data, trends, regulatory and customer/competitor activity. Share-out monthly report to the marketing/sales organization. Contribute to Division long range and annual planning.

Marketing Controlling: Develop and establish a tracking process with robust marketing metrics to analyze and optimize company’s digital marketing channels and online activities. Perform quarterly report demonstrating digital performance and recommend actions for optimization. Report recommendations to global marketing director and manager.

Tracking & Analysis: Partner with Finance to track, actualize and analyze the global marketing budget; report monthly update to the marketing team.

Marketing Communication: Partner with Global Marketing Manager to execute digital content strategy. Support content development and publication. Regular review and maintenance of social media channels ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information/branding as well as timely response to inquiries.

Management of Outside Resources: Apply Dynatec Toolbox to drives vendor efficiency. Map promotional product process and recommend areas for improvement; including identification of potential savings. Evaluate current promotional vendors and recommend an appropriate vendor portfolio based upon company needs. Simplify stocking and provision of marketing materials such as literature, promotional items and tradeshow/demo equipment.

Other: Performs other additional duties as assigned by Global Marketing Manager.

 Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (Finance, Economics, Management)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity
  • Experience managing social media channels & web maintenance
  • Language – English; other languages a plus
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
