About the Opportunity:
Hobart Service is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Marketing Administrative Specialist to join their team. The selected candidate will provide administrative support for Hobart Services field operations in the Charleston market and surrounding areas. The selected candidate must be able to display professionalism while ensuring superior customer service and high standards for ethical conduct.
Below are the primary responsibilities of the role but are not inclusive of all the duties that may be required.
  • Process accounts receivables and accounts payables
  • Interact with 3rd party vendors; ability to understand service platforms utilized by key accounts and ensure compliance per customer and / or Hobart guidelines.
  • Create service orders and invoices, prepare and maintain Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Answer phones: gain thorough understanding of call and transfer accordingly
  • Dispatch team of install technician to customer location
To be considered for this exceptional career opportunity you must have at least the following:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Accredited High School diploma, Business or trade school or GED
  • 3-5 years of experience in in office administration functions.
  • Ability to learn new technology
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Must be an organized, detail oriented individual, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree
  • 7-10 years of experience in office administration functions
  • 1 – 3 years of office management and/or leadership experience
  • 1 – 3 years of dispatching experience
