As the Manager, Talent Acquisition and Leadership Development you will be responsible for implementing targeted recruiting strategies, tools, and programs to advance the attraction of high-potential, diverse talent across the global businesses.   
    

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead & support the design, delivery, and implementation of the ITW Internship Program to ensure it’s a meaningful contributor in building sufficient quality, depth, and diversity of talent across the enterprise leadership pipeline.
  • Plan, manage, and execute enterprise early-career talent acquisition events, focusing on “80” D&I partnerships (Society of Women Engineers, National Society of Black Engineers, National Sales Network). Maintain and foster relationships with D&I partners to achieve enterprise hiring goals.
  • In close partnership with the Corporate Communications team, lead and support the development and strategic execution of ITW’s employment brand. Develop dynamic, appealing, and targeted content and channels, building top of funnel demand and effectively and efficiently attracting applicants.
  • Provide key leadership and project management of the Recruitment Technology Simplification Project, including vendor evaluation, implementation planning, and execution.
  • Manage and maintain enterprise recruiting resources and tools to facilitate the sourcing and hiring of high-potential, diverse talent across the businesses.
  • Leverage data & analytics to inform decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of ITW’s talent acquisition and leadership development strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in HR and talent acquisition with demonstrated results developing and implementing sourcing and hiring strategies. Knowledge or interest in emerging trends in HR technology.
  • Highly proficient project management and influencing skills, from concept, to planning, to implementation, to results measurement.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that support interactions and relationship-building with candidates and internal partners
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15% of time, heaviest during fall recruiting cycle
