Job Description

  • Experience with budget planning and strategic programs that would include recommendations on replacement equipment
  • Able to develop and implement equipment operator training programs
  • A strong sense of responsibility and proven track record of dependability in accomplishing tasks
    and meeting specific requirements on time
  • Committed to exceeding internal customers’ expectations with every facet of facility and equipment maintenance
  • Ability to implement and sustain a preventive maintenance program


  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years of electrical / mechanical maintenance supervision and related experience
  • Electrical – Experience in the following areas:
  • Singe / Three Phase Circuits - AC and DC Circuits – Low and High Voltage - Basic knowledge of the NEC - Ability to read electrical schematics - Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical control circuits
  • Mechanical – Experience in the following areas:
  • Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic systems and to read pneumatic schematics - Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems and to read hydraulic schematics - Preventive / Predictive Maintenance - Experience with manual production equipment upkeep and repairs – Bridgeport Mills, manual lathes, welders, CNC equipment and grinders - Siemens and Mitsubishi controls experience - Trumphf and Bystronic laser maintenance and repair - Machining and welding skills - Basic HVAC systems controls and repairs.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on tasks and complete on time with little supervision
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software applications.
