Division Description:
Shakeproof Automotive Products (SAP) serves all the major OEMs and their tier suppliers with metal/cold headed fasteners totaling approximately $175M in revenues. Units include: Bedford, OH, Elk Grove, Elgin, Machesney Park, IL, and Darlington, WI. The metals division drives profitability by leveraging its innovative solutions and application engineering. • Maintaining advanced engineering and manufacturing facilities in NA.  
• Exchanging product, process and benchmarking information with sister units worldwide.  
• Continually improving processes, material and designs to ensure every product exceeds customer specifications while providing unparalleled value.

• Perform oil changes on machinery following preventative maintenance schedule as determined by the Maintenance Supervisor
• Assist and support other members of the maintenance team perform planned and unplanned maintenance to machinery
• Participate in 5S activities to promote cleanliness and safety of production floor
• Maintain current knowledge and actively addresses safety and environmental issue
• Other duties may include: janitorial, plumbing, painting, security, carpentry
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Understanding and compliance with safety rules and regulations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
