We currently have Machine Operator opportunities on the 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 pm - 7:00 am).



Job Responsibilities


·         Monitor all process parameters on equipment.


·         Make necessary machine adjustments to produce a quality conforming product.


·         Enter operational data into operating system to control variables and to produce consistent material.


·         Inspect products being manufactured and identify defects.


·         Follow all standardized quality methods and maintain production level to meet standards.


·         Maintain equipment in a clean and contamination control state.


·         Maintain organized paperwork and records.


·         Maintain safety and housekeeping compliance.



Job Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years related experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude to perform minor repairs and adjustments to industrial equipment.

  • Must be familiar with SPC.

  • Good math and computer skills required.

  • Good oral and written skills required.

  • Must be able to read and comprehend Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Must be able to work in a critical contamination control environment, requiring the use of special gowning to include the use of a facemask and latex gloves.

  • Must be able to regularly stand, stoop, kneel and lift up to 40 lbs. and wear hearing protection.
