As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will perform basic inventory, office and administrative tasks including the coordination of the receiving and shipping activities of all materials at the facility to support the timely shipment of products to meet the best needs of our customers.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular daily/weekly inventory cycle counts, resolve and report the causes of error
  • Maintain inventory location records
  • Monitor inventory levels and handle material replenishment
  • Plan, schedule and prepare trucks for all inbound and outbound shipments
  • Maintain documentation and ongoing communication with customer service and carriers
  • Perform inbound/outbound quality inspections
  • Assist in coordination of the material handlers and daily material movement processes
  • Pick customer orders within established productivity standards via RF technology as required
  • Pack customer order using material handling equipment: this includes UPS, LTL and TL shipments
  • Coordinate and maintain ITW safety policies and procedures
  • Perform and participate at additional ad-hoc projects/responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements


  • 1+ Year Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Forklift certified preferred 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS outlook, excel)
  • WMS/ERP experience is a plus
