Summary / what you will do:

The Human Resources Intern will combine their education with practical HR experience in core HR areas. Assignments may include projects around talent acquisition, talent management leadership effectiveness, organization design and development or other Human Resources generalist experiences.

Our campus includes an on-gym, cafeteria, outdoor volley ball courts, one mile of walking trails, employee resource groups, and ample parking.  We are one block walk to the nearest Metra station, and it is a quick 20-minute train ride to down town Chicago, museums, lakefront and activities.

What we are looking for:

  • Rising senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics or related disciples (graduating in either December 2019 or May 2020)
  • Leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills and activities demonstrated through professional, community or extracurricular involvement
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources and a desire to pursue a career in HR
  • Eagerness to learn, demonstrated curiosity and a drive to excel
