Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic HR Manager to join us for 6 months (4-5 days per week, fixed term, flexible work options) to support our leaders, managers and employees on end to end HR operations activities in line with business priorities and ITW Culture & Values.

Reporting to the Division HR Director, you will hit the ground running and leverage a commercial mindset and great relationship building skills to quickly establish yourself as the HR ‘go -to’ and drive real results for our people and business.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive annual/end of year Performance & Compensation processes
  • Provide coaching, feedback and support managers to recruit & develop great Talent for our business
  • Provide impactful and pragmatic performance management/employee relations advice
  • Act as ITW Culture, Values & Safety champion
  • Support other HR initiatives and priorities as required

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will:

  • Take ownership and deliver results, knowing where to get hands-on and hold others accountable
  • Demonstrate strong influencing skills and ability to form trusting relationships at all levels
  • Agile, pragmatic and commercial with ability to identify and drive focus on the “80" impact
  • Remains objective and will respectfully challenge where needed
  • Holds relevant HR qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation

The role will be based in Chirnside Park, Melbourne.
