Job Description

As part of the ITW Food Equipment Group Creative Services team, support the family of brands, corresponding business units and the comprehensive sales organization through design, production and coordination/distribution of marketing and branded materials, ensuring that all materials (for both internal and external use) effectively achieve the intended needs and results, are delivered to the highest level of quality, and uphold the integrity of the brand (in accordance with the brand guidelines).


-   Support brands, product lines and sales organization by providing design and production support including sales and marketing materials, point-of-purchase materials, sales training materials and event/trade show materials.

-   Ensure the organization upholds brand integrity throughout marketing materials/communications through quality assurance (QA) processes and alignment with brand standards.

-   Ensure all collateral material is packaged, archived and readily accessible by all product lines and all sales people in print and electronic format.

-   Support in the annual creation of product catalogs, price books and spec sheets.

-   Fulfillment of printed material, branded apparel and promo merchandise.

-   Manage outside vendors and production/delivery quality as related to above mentioned activities
(i.e., printing, promo, creative production, etc.).

-   Support with the Annual Region Sales Meeting and other events (as assigned).

-   Be aware of leading trends and what others in our industry are doing (relating to marketing).

-   Other duties as assigned or as required.

Job Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field is required.


A minimum of three (3) or more years of relevant professional experience is preferred. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker that is detail-oriented, passionate about design, dedicated/inspired to serve others and understands the importance of upholding brand integrity throughout all marketing and communications. Experience and proficiency in design, photography and video production tools (i.e., Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, etc.) is required.


•   Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines, effectively communicating and setting expectations.

-   A proactive, creative sense – always considering new ways to creatively solve marketing and communications needs within the organization.

-   Mastery of the English language; additional language skills would be an asset.

-   A sense of professionalism and a keen eye for detail.

-   Be cost effective at all times.

-   Desire and ability to work well in a team environment, communicating with peers, senior management and customers across business units, countries and cultures.

-   Must be able to travel domestically -- up to 20%. Limited international travel is a possibility.
