There is currently an opportunity for an Engineer Manager, reporting to the Director of Technology. This position will be based out of the Kernersville headquarters.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in assuring that processes and equipment will produce product that meets the required specifications.

  • Directs, coordinates, and plans, the activities of the Engineering groups to meet company goals.

  • Responsible for developing the capital plan and implementing capital projects.

  • Responsible for overseeing engineering projects in support of business needs.

  • Prepare technical presentations/reports and present via email and live meetings.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in Engineering, plus five years engineering experience, which is to include at least five years in a supervisory/or management role.

  • Experience in statistical process control.

  • Experience in contamination control protocols.

  • Strong understanding of estimation and budgeting process.

  • Must be able to read, write and interpret technical specifications.

  • Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Must be able to travel up to 20% of scheduled time.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours.
