About the opportunity:
The selected candidate under the direction of the branch manager will be able to perform a variety of dispatching functions in order to provide prompt and efficient service to our customers.
  • Answer all incoming service request calls
  • Record all pertinent information on Call Sheet or computer 
  • Dispatch technicians; determine priority to be assigned to service calls
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction per company policies and guidelines; maintain follow up system for parts ordered by service technicians
  • Perform other functions, as necessary to include tracking of consignment, assisting walk-in customers, shipping/receiving, Accounting, Accounts Receivables, Collections and other clerical duties.

What you’ll bring to the table:

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years experience in related field.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • General knowledge of product lines and service parts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of GPS software.
  • Able to read and understand maps: local and outlying geography.
