Director of Sales Operations

If so, we are seeking candidates for the Director of Sales Operations position for the Warewash Business Division of ITW Food Equipment Group in Troy, Ohio, located 20 minutes north of the Dayton metropolitan area.

Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager, the Director of Sales Operation will be a key member of the division leadership team and will have a demonstrated track record of driving top line revenue growth. We seek an experienced sales operations’ professional that can lead a high potential group of Sales Development Professionals, develop and execute growth strategies, provide product support, participate in product launches, and establish appropriate relationships with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead all sales development activities, support the Long-Range Plan and Annual Plan creation by setting growth targets for all product lines, and will work closely with outside sales teams, dealers, rep groups and consultants by establishing strategies that result in profitable revenue growth.

We seek candidates with eight or more years of sales operations experience, preferably in the food service industry. The successful candidate will have strategic planning experience, be analytical, understand P&L financial statements and can execute strategies. In addition, the candidate will have shown a history of building relationships with customers and developing strategies to address needs and drive growth.

Job Requirements

The minimum qualifications are:

●  BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or Engineering

●  Sales strategy development

●  Project management experience

●  P&L financial experience

●  Product knowledge, preferred

●  Customer focus
