The Customer Service Representative will communicate in a professional manner with customers. Sees orders through to completion and provides exceptional service to our customers. Manage the order entry and customer expectation by relaying timely, relevant information to our customers.


Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide resolutions to customers inquires by answering inbound calls, emails and tickets from online help desk system.
  • Accurately process customer orders and issue credits. Enter special customer requirements as specified on orders.
  • Verify order, pricing, and delivery expectations.
  • Follow progress of orders and communicate with customers as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal company departments and sales organization when necessary.
  • Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Develop proficiency with customer data base to manage customer’ files, process and invoice orders and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Exceeds customer expectations by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Any other duties assigned in support of the customer service function.      

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years customer service experience, in manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Zendesk (or similar helpdesk tool), ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Experience with export order/shipping preferred.
