Responsibilities:
  • Will provide support to customers by assisting with complaints, orders, returns, exchanges, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations and other queries for non-key account customers.
  • Efficiently and effectively manage large amount of incoming calls and customer requests (quotes, order entry, tracking, returns) while delivering exceptional customer experience
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending solutions
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information for the customer by using the right methods/tools
  • Responsible for management of order entry and group emails to ensure timely order entry and issue resolution
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call/email handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Act as a contributing member of a diverse team by taking ownership in providing a world-class customer experience
  • Provide outstanding customer service through professional phone skills, emails and team involvement.  Continue to improve customer service experience, creating engaged customers.
To be considered for this exceptional career opportunity you must have at least the following: 
  • Accredited high school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products to include Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Requires strong interpersonal skills working with internal and external customers
  • Be able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a great attitude and professional demeanor
