Ensure Customer Fulfillment         •  Enter customer orders         •  Manage daily EDI system updates       •  Establish daily picklists and customer orders     •  Coordinate ship dates         •  Process shipment paperwork, including BOL's and packing slips •  Manage international shipments and Customs documentation •  Send shipment information by email       •  Upload invoices           •  Perform daily billings        

 

Internal Problem Management and Resolution   •  Coordinate customer expedited shipments •  Resolve Customer milk-run load issues   •  Perform relabels and substitutions as required •  Back out and resolve problem orders   •  Prioritize partial shipments    

 

 

Special             •  Perform QAD testing and resolve QAD issues related to fullfillment  •  NAFTA Documentation * Once a year       •  Handle incoming reject parts and logistics     •  Track and Receive-in (customer) returnable dunnage  

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:  College education and/or industrial experience of 3-5 years are required.  Employee must have working knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.  Must have the ability to read, write, listen well, and negotiate with customers.  Employee must have the ability to remain calm in difficult situations. Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required.

 The position of Customer Coordinator Manager is to provide support of the ITW Powertrain Fastening's order fulfillment objectives; maintain appropriate service through customer contact and provide support to the ITW Powertrain Fastening's sales agents.  This employee must service the customer inquiries, orders, request for quotes, sample and communications.  Requires detailed knowledge of products and operations and substantial independent judgment.
