BASIC DESCRIPTION:

 

Under the general direction of the Vice President of Sales Operations & Training, the CRM Manager will have primary responsibility and oversight of our CRM platform and its effective incorporation into a meaningful sales tool.  Specifically, the need will exist to continue the development and evolution of the platform and to work very closely with other responsible parties to create a process, culture, and cadence for disciplined CRM adoption and usage.  In addition, another key area of focus will be the need to aggregate CRM data, assess, analyze, visualize, and report to business leaders to be used as an increasingly reliable pipeline for revenue planning.

 

Responsibilities:

•         Monitor the CRM platform, ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization, capturing all required information at key points in the customer life cycle

•         Ensure the CRM system provides appropriate sales funnel data that is effectively visualized and reported to FEG leadership

•         Work closely with other FEG users of CRM to make sure the platform and process is meeting the needs for many parts of the company

•         Work closely with Brand Marketing to understand and influence the customer journey to maximize commercial opportunities

•         Track marketing metrics and trends, conversion rates, web analytics, etc.

•         Facilitate the onboarding and training of new hires within CRM and Power BI

•         Manage relationship(s) with any third-party development or consulting firm related to CRM platform

•         Connect with other CRM professionals and participate heavily in CRM user groups

Job Requirements


Experience / Skills


•         3-5 years of experience working in a positive and productive CRM environment


•         Very strong technical aptitude, specifically with CRM and other analytical systems


•         Very strong communication skills, with specific ability to understand and articulate the needs of end-users, dealers, consultants, sales representatives, and management, while being able to connect also with highly technical individuals


•         Business influencer who can be an evangelist for appropriate CRM usage – must be confident and highly capable of inspiring strong collaboration


•         Good listener who can glean needs of sales reps and management team to guide the next steps


•         Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision


•         Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Public Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field
