Position Summary:

You will report to the Sales Manager and are responsible to assist engineers and sales with all aspects of project management and overall customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the integrity of the information is maintained in the quote system and reflected accurately in the PSR (Project Status Report)
  • Inside sales responsibility involves working directly with pertinent customers (engineering and purchasing personnel)
  • Process all necessary customer quotations and purchase orders
  • Project Management responsibilities include accuracy of the 5-year Long-Range Plan (LRP)
  • Regular ship to forecast analysis to ensure precision of data
  • Maintain the accuracy of secured business (project kick-off)
  • Interface between Operations and Sales to ensure completion of all customer requirements.  For example, customer forms, packaging data requests, quality documents, supplier surveys, etc.
  • Support sales manager during the Annual Plan/LRP process
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4-year college degree or at least 8 years of customer service, sales or project management experience
  • At least 2 years’ customer service, sales or project management experience
  • Elevated proficiency within the Microsoft Office, PowerPoint presentations and Excel Formulas
  • Experience with Forecast database (such as SAPHRAN software)
  • Skilled in data analysis
