This key position is responsible for working within a team environment executing weekly production schedules that will be measured for efficiency & accuracy. 


Ability to operate roll stamping machine, bead blaster, buffer, belt sanders, surface grinders and lapping machine. 

  • Ability to use quality control devices such as micrometer, dial gauges, and air height gauge 

  • Organization and time management skills are a must.  

  • Ability to read and properly interpret blueprints workmanship specifications.  

  • Capable of giving written and verbal instructions which augment and clarify drawings and specifications.  

  • Must be able to distinguish between acceptable and non-acceptable parts.  

  • Good judgment and problem solving skills.  

  • High attention for quality while maintaining a high rate of productivity.  

  • Basic computer skills  

  • Experience working under ISO 9001  

Job Requirements

Required Experience

  • 1-3 years of mechanical/electrical assembly and troubleshooting required. 
  • HS diploma or equivalent preferred. 

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time 

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs 

  • Strong attention to detail  

  • Basic understanding of all required gages and measuring devices, including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, hy-pot testers & multimeters.
