Job Description


Title: Sales & Engineering Administrative Assistant 


Assists Sales & Engineering with administrative support as directed.


 Create and publish external and internal Power Point presentations, presentation maps, including color graphics, digital images and/or movies.

 Creates, updates, and maintains Program Matrices

 Setup BOM and Part Structure and organization in Trans4m

 Coordinates and manages Toyota pre-preproduction trial orders

 Creates, updates, processes, and distributes all DTA’s list

 Responsible for Sales and Engineering department Outlook each month- approved by Business Unit Manager or Engineering Manager.

 Assists engineering administration and EPNS coordinator as needed.

 Orchestrates DTA meetings for on time billing and invoicing. Involving sales, tooling and other involved parties (monthly meetings required)

 Schedule readiness meetings and follow-up and monitor progress of open items for timely completion per launch schedules.

 Completes other duties as assigned.


 Bachelors Degree preferred in business or marketing, or 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

 Requires knowledge of proper documents, procedures, MSA PowerPoint, Word, Excel

 Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

 Must be able to work in a team or individual environment

 Must be a self-starter willing to perform above and beyond expectations

 Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 Some travel may be required
