Job Description

We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor to be responsible for instructing, managing, and assisting activities of all manufacturing departments within the CIP facility. Position is responsible to support employees to achieve department metrics
for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and sustainability.  This is an entry level position within our operations team and has the potential for future growth opportunities for a high potential candidate.


  • Promote a safety culture and environment and maintain company compliance requirements to OSHA
  • Work closely with the manufacturing supervisors and operations team to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Continuous improvement and review of ways to manage capacity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with manufacturing supervisors and production managers to set production, safety, and attendance expectations and hold accountability to their teams
  • Participates in maintaining machine and production schedules and ensuring on time customer delivery
  • Troubleshoots production issues, or problems
  • Communicates with the production control, customer service, and management team status of part completion
  • Supports employee training and completes annual performance evaluations
  • Monitors and manages employee schedules and attendance
  • Ensures compliance to safe work practices
  • Identifies and aids in resolving production related issues
  • Helps expedites priority orders through production
  • Involved and support corrective actions
  • Communicate back to shift leadership of daily operations and any issues during the shift
  • Responsible to maintain chemical and other supplies for the department
  • Develop talent to maximize effectiveness
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School Education with appropriate experience.
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • BS Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Operations Management or related degree preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
