Job Description


Ensuresefficient machine operation to produce quality product.

Duties andResponsibilities:

•       Operate assembly machine and auxiliaryequipment.

•       Inspect and Assemble parts / assembliesas processed, per work instructions.

•       Trouble-shoot and repair minor machineproblems.

•       Restart machine after repair or notifyAutomation Technician if repair is unsuccessful.

•       Package parts per work instructions.

•       Responsible for notifying, Mfg TeamLeader, Quality Inspector, and Line Lead of any andall defects detected.

•       Responsible for the quality of productprocessed.

•       To maintain assigned workstation in anorganized and clean manner.

•       Must remain at workstation, unless onbreak/lunch or authorized by the correct chain of command.

•       Ability to complete necessary paperwork.

•       Removes any old labels from gaylords,boxes & totes.

•       Any and alltasks as assigned.

Tools Used: Normal hand tools found on the production floor (i.e.: trim knives orplastic cutters and steel wool).

Equipment Used:  Assembly and accessory equipment attachedto performance of a specific part (i.e.: a cooling fixture, grinders, or trimfixture).


No rings allowed while performing functions of thisjob.


Job Requirements


HighSchool Diploma or GED required

Operatorexperience in Manufacturing environment preferred

Must beable to lift 35lbs.

Must beable to stoop, bend, push, pull, and lift safely.

Must beable to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends and overtime.

Must beable to repetitively bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and stand for a fullwork shift.
