The Opportunity

This is a new opportunity within our Engineering team responsible for driving innovation and leading cross functional development projects. • Management of the full project lifecycle.
  • Driving teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple departments.

Requirements

Successful candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or have relevant experience (a minimum of 4 years), in a technical/engineering project leadership role.

Additional requirements include:
  • Experience in the design, development, and launch of complex electro-mechanical systems.
  • High level of competence with project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards relating to project management.
  • Exceptional organizational and task management skills.
  • Ability to lead diverse and cross-functional teams toward a common goal and project success – including strong interpersonal skills, an assertive nature and a high level of diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical background in design using SolidWorks or Altium (or similar CAD package), prototyping and lab testing is a plus.

Take this opportunity to join a successful and enthusiastic global team where you can make a significant impact immediately. Enjoy a competitive salary and generous benefits that includes health, dental, life and LTD insurance, 401k (with match), and a 100% tuition reimbursement program.
