ITW Fluids North America, a Division of Illinois Tool Works – a Fortune 200 Company, is seeking a Sales Analyst for their Industrial MRO commercial segment, ITW Pro Brands.  ITW Pro Brands is the largest segment of an over $140 million dollar division with 250+ employees that manufacture  and market  a variety of specialty chemical products for the Industrial  MRO,  Auto OEM, and Aerospace markets globally.  Our locations are in Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Maryland. 

Position Summary:

Incumbent will be based at our Tucker, GA location (suburb of Atlanta) and report to the Director of Marketing.  The selected candidate will be responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales and marketing related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collect, enter and analyze sales and marketing related data and generate reports to support initiatives.
  • Engage and maintain relationship with sales and marketing team and other business stakeholders to understand specific opportunities and needs for reporting.
  • Design report layout and format so that data is presented clearly and effectively.
  • Partner with the IT team to develop simple, intuitive and easy to use reporting features and scalable data collection.
  • Be a power-user of salesforce.com, Power BI, and other database management software to perform duties, assist CRM administrator in training when needed.
  • Maintain data integrity by reviewing, auditing and cleansing database.
  • Provide recommendations to standardize, enhance, and simplify database, reports and analysis.
  • Special projects as assigned.

•     Collaborate effectively with other departments to implement strategies and initiatives.  

•         Professionally represent company in a number of diverse settings.

•         Travel may be required.

Core Skills / Experience Requirements:

  • BS Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 2-5 years’ experience as a business analyst or equivalent role, within a manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Must have advanced experience with Excel in order to manipulate data for meaningful analysis.
  • Experienced working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, salesforce.com a plus.
  • A strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast -paced environment.

•         Exceptional analytical skills and quantitative skills.

•         Possess an entrepreneurial spirit to drive organizational focus on the key initiatives and opportunities. 

•     Able to effectively work with and through others in a collaborative environment. 

•     Takes ownership and drives positive change.

•     Leads and behaves from an enterprise first perspective.

•         Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with experience in communicating and working with all levels of company and customer personnel.

•         Strong listening skills to interpret and translate information.

•         Possess basic financial acumen.

•         Be professional in presence and mannerisms.

•         Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook.  Proficient with current technology.  

•         Able to travel as needed.
