Job Description

The Retail Development Representative is responsible for delivering the highest quality levels of in store presentation through initial store set ups, refurbishing and relaying of retail hardware stores in Victoria and Tasmania. You will be an instore ambassador for our business and expected to develop strong relationships and identify opportunities to grow the existing business within these hardware stores in conjunction with Sales Representative and the company’s Guiding Principles.

Ideally, you will possess the following skills and attributes

  • Professional, self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to manage your time, prioritize tasks and show initiative
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license 
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships


The position will be based in Melbourne however some regional travel will be required and will report to the Sales Manager. We offer an attractive salary package and a performance-based incentive scheme. This position also includes a fully maintained company vehicle.
