Job Description

This role will be responsible to set the Product and Communications Strategy for the Offsite Business within the UK and Nordics. They will be responsible to ensure the value propositions resonate with the 80 customers and enable the business to growth. They will also be responsible for the Customer Back innovation process to ensure a pipeline of developments.

In addition, they are responsible for the Communications strategy of the Offsite segment using appropriate channels to influence the key decision makers in the industry to understand and engage with the value propositions of our brands

Primary responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the Marketing Strategy of the Offsite segment in line with the Business Plan
  • Lead the Development of the value proposition of the Offsite Business
  • Lead the Customer Back Innovation Process to ensure the organisation is developing new products that meet customer needs
  • Responsible to define and implement the correct communications approach to target the key market decision makers
  • Devise and be responsible for the delivery of the Communications Strategy with full control over budget and forecasting for the whole Business Unit (UK and Nordics)
  • Owner of the Brand positioning working with key team members to position the Brand for growth
  • Develop key metrics to measure the success of the Marketing Strategy
  • Act as a key part of the Offsite Management team, having an opinion on the all areas of the business’s development
  • Develop team members to excel in their area of expertise and to develop realise their full potential
  • Identify and define performance metrics and KPIs, analyse, interpret and report on campaign performance

Job Requirements

  • A track record of delivering impactful change in an organisation through implementation of a strategic plan
  • Marketing Degree, digital marketing, or CIM qualifications
  • Hands-on approach to getting thing done with the ability to drive results from their team
  • Understanding of the Marketing approach within a technical B2B environment
  • Great communication skills with a track record in influence key stakeholders to new ways of thinking to get results
  • Ability to be able to work with different Marketing channels to ensure external and internal partners are clear on the business’s value propositions
  • Culturally aware; some international experience preferred
  • Line management experience preferred but not essential
  • Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
