The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He/she must be comfortable making multiple calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Outbound communication (telephone, email) to perform lead qualifications by BANT to convert to sales opportunities
  • Follow-up on leads and proactively conduct research to identify potential prospects and target markets for new business
  • Efficiently manage prospect pipeline to produce maximum results
  • Maintain customer information in our CRM and ensure that data is accurate (Salesforce)
  • Work with marketing, customer service and outside sales to help secure new business opportunities
  • Responsible for configuration of new functionality within Salesforce
  • Responsible for keeping current with industry and product knowledge
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Associates degree required in a technical field, bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent customer service and telephone skills to include strong listening, verbal and written communication required
  • 2 or more years of lead generation or related selling experience
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships required
  • Demonstrated ability and track record of achieving goals, objectives and targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook required
  • Strong professional presence and presentation skills
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
  • Experience with sales automation tool or CRM preferred
