In joining Retail, you will join the team supplying the most recognised and respected retail hardware outlets — Zenith, Ramset™, Buildex®, Paslode®, Pryda, CAMO™, Lane and Prestige.

The impact you could make

This is an exciting role that has oversight of digital content and social media.  You will be responsible for creating and distributing content to promote our products and brands across a range of digital platforms.   You will manage our social media channels from publishing engaging posts through to data analytics to improve key KPIs.    Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and key internal stakeholders, you will assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across targeted business segments and brands.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an annual content plan for the business. 
  • Managing the preparation, production & distribution of digital content (visual assets, copy and video) for use across all platforms including websites, social media and digital campaigns.
  • Managing social media activity across relevant channels
  • Assisting with the implementation and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Overseeing content integrity by ensuring all platforms are kept up to date and that content is personalised to the needs of target end users.
  • Assist with the preparation of analytics and reporting on a monthly basis.

You will have strong collaboration skills with strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships.  You will be a self-motivated team player driven by a passion for delivering results.

Job Requirements

Key selection criteria

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in digital content production and/or digital marketing
  • Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro), Canva
  • Experience planning, developing, and distributing content
  • Demonstrable experience in executing email marketing, social media and digital media campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking (including familiarity with commonly used analytics tools, e.g. Google Analytics)
