Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to manage the planning, facilitating, and leading of organizational projects utilizing the ITW Toolbox. This includes providing direction in the elements of Front to Back and 80/20 Business Redesign Processes within the division. This position is primarily responsible for driving specific initiatives within the division to enable measurable progress. Additional responsibilities may include facilitating regional workshops, training other 80/20 champions, and tracking and facilitating the progress of toolbox projects in accordance with Global Tire Repair’s divisional Strategic Intent.

The ‘80’:

-          Identify and deliver process improvement activity across the business through employing ITW’s methodologies:

  • Use the Front to Back process and traditional ITW Toolbox disciplines (80/20, PLS, USa, In-Lining, and MRD) to simplify the business, improve operating performance, and resource greatest growth opportunities

-          Provide project management expertise and overall accountability for teams to deliver on improved operating performance in a timely manner

-          Work with key departmental stakeholders and divisional leadership to ensure proper implementation of processes

-          Setup KPI tracking, project templates, and roadmaps for increased organizational success

The ‘20’:

-          Publication and maintenance of corporate reporting and FTB playbook(s)

-          Other duties as assigned

Competencies Required:

-          Demonstrated experience utilizing ITW’s 80/20 Toolbox, including PLS and USa. Direct experience with implementation of In-Lining and MRD a plus.
